Incentives are quoted from the builder's own listing remarks on the date shown and are the builder's offer, not Veribas's. Offers change without notice, usually require financing with the builder's preferred lender, and typically carry conditions the listing does not state. Veribas does not set, guarantee, or extend these terms — confirm current availability, rates, loan terms and closing costs directly with the builder and the lender before relying on any of it.

Bring your own agent to the Mulberry Summit sales office
The agent in the model home works for the builder. A Veribas agent represents you — reading the builder’s contract, checking the incentive against what the same builder is giving elsewhere, and sitting the walkthrough with you. Most builders expect buyer representation and pay it from the sale, so it usually costs you nothing.
