New construction gets its own hub on Veribas rather than being buried under resale. Your homes appear alongside community and quick-move-in pages that are indexed and searchable, not behind a login.
Buyer interest, per address
The console matches incoming tour requests, valuation questions and financing inquiries to the specific home they were asked about. You see demand address by address instead of a monthly traffic number.
A company page that ranks
Every builder gets a page on the public site, linked from the new-construction hub and submitted in our sitemap. It works on the searches your name already gets, without you maintaining anything.
Agents who can actually transact
Interest arrives attached to a licensed Veribas agent who can write the contract, coordinate the lender, and get the file to a closing attorney inside the same system.
No exclusivity, no listing agreement required
Partnering does not take your homes off any other channel and does not commit your inventory to us. Post what you want to post.
How it works

Create your partner account
Company name, your name, phone, and your Georgia contractor license number.

Verify your license
Photo ID front and back plus your contractor license. A person reviews it.

Post your inventory
Add homes under your company and they surface on the new-construction storefront.

Work the interest
Buyer activity on each address shows up in your console as it happens.

A company website or portfolio helps, but is optional
