Veribas for closing attorneys

The file arrives complete. You close it.

When a Veribas agent names your firm as closing attorney or escrow holder, the transaction opens in your console with the details and the compliance documents already attached — not as an email thread you have to reassemble.

What you get

Assigned closings, delivered whole
Property, side, price, stage and the executed documents in one file view. You are looking at what the agent is looking at, which removes most of the back-and-forth before a closing date is even set.
Escrow status that everyone can see
Pending, held with the amount, or disbursed — visible to the agent and the desk without a phone call. The single most-asked question about any closing answers itself.
You only ever see your own files
Access is enforced in the database, not by a filter in the interface. A file you were not assigned to is not merely hidden from your screen — it is never sent to your browser at all.
No commission figures, by design
Your console deliberately omits agent commission and brokerage economics. You get the transaction and compliance record you need to close, and nothing that is not your business.
A steady referral channel
Agents choose their closing attorney file by file. Being in the network puts your firm in front of them at the moment they are choosing, on every deal they write.

How it works

1
Create your partner account
Firm name, your name, phone, and your Georgia Bar number.
2
Verify your Bar admission
Photo ID front and back plus your Bar card. A person reviews it.
3
Get named on a file
An agent assigns your firm as closing attorney or escrow holder on a transaction.
4
Close it
The file, its documents, and its escrow status are in your console from that moment.

What we look for

Every application is reviewed by a person before the console unlocks. Here is what that review checks for closing attorneys.

Active admission to the State Bar of Georgia in good standing
Government-issued photo ID matching the Bar record
A firm equipped to handle residential real estate closings and escrow
Errors-and-omissions coverage consistent with Georgia practice
Your documents are stored privately and used only to verify you. They are never shown to clients, agents, or other partners.
