Veribas GO is operated by Veribas Real Estate LLC (“Veribas,” “we,” “us”), a real estate brokerage licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (Firm License H-81905), with offices at 3480 Preston Ridge Rd, Suite 500, Alpharetta, GA 30005, telephone (833) 837-4227. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of go.veribas.com and the tools it provides, including home search, saved favorites, tour scheduling, valuation and payment estimates, lender-connection tools, offer preparation, and messaging. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Disclosures & Licensing notices. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Georgia's Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-6A) governs how agency relationships are formed. Browsing this site, creating an account, saving homes, requesting a tour, or messaging us does not, by itself, create a client or agency relationship with Veribas or any of its licensees. We represent you only when both of us sign a written brokerage engagement agreement. Until then, we work with you as a customer and treat you honestly and fairly, but we do not owe you the duties of a client relationship. Our brokerage relationship options are described in our Disclosures.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, including your contact details; the services depend on being able to reach you. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or interfere with other users.

Listing information on this site is provided through the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) programs of First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and other MLSs, and is for your personal, non-commercial use in identifying properties you may be interested in. Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by Veribas or the MLS. Square footage, lot size, taxes, schools, and all other figures should be independently verified before you rely on them. Listings are the copyrighted work of the MLS and their participating brokers; you may not scrape, harvest, redistribute, or use listing content for any commercial purpose. Listings displayed with an FMLS or other MLS mark include the required attribution of the listing brokerage.

The site generates home value estimates, deal ratings, monthly payment figures, and similar analytics. These are automated opinions produced from public records, MLS data, and statistical models. They are provided for informational purposes only, may be wrong for any particular property, and are not an appraisal. Only a licensed or certified real estate appraiser can perform an appraisal in Georgia (O.C.G.A. § 43-39A). Do not make financial decisions based solely on these tools.

Veribas Real Estate LLC is a real estate brokerage. We are not a bank, lender, mortgage broker, or mortgage loan originator, and we do not make credit decisions, originate loans, or extend credit. Financing tools on this site only collect your contact information and shopping preferences and pass them to independent lenders at your request — we do not collect financial information or produce qualification figures. Any pre-qualification, estimate, or approval comes from a lender directly and is not a commitment to lend or a Loan Estimate. Any actual financing is provided by independent, licensed third-party lenders who make their own decisions. You are never required to use a lender introduced through this site, and we encourage you to shop and compare. See the Financing section of our Disclosures for details.

By providing your phone number or email address you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Veribas and its agents about your inquiries, tours, saved searches, transactions, and related services, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send you non-marketing messages about active transactions.

Tools that help you draft or submit an offer transmit your instructions to a licensed agent; no offer, contract, or acceptance is created by the software itself. Real estate transactions are governed by the written purchase and sale agreement signed by the parties. Tour times are requests until confirmed. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit in connection with any offer or transaction.

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; access it with scrapers, bots, or other automated means; copy or republish listing content; interfere with the operation or security of the platform; upload malicious code; misrepresent your identity; or use the site to discriminate in violation of fair housing laws. We may investigate and involve law enforcement where appropriate.

The site links to and integrates third-party services — for example maps, e-signature, credit and verification providers, and independent lenders and vendors. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Veribas name, logo, and the site's software, design, and content (other than MLS listing content, which belongs to the MLS and its participants) are owned by Veribas or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for personal purposes.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ESTIMATE WILL REFLECT ACTUAL MARKET VALUE, LOAN TERMS, OR CLOSING FIGURES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIBAS AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER GEORGIA LAW, NOR OUR DUTIES UNDER GEORGIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold Veribas harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with the Georgia Real Estate Commission or any other regulator.
