Veribas for home inspectors

Inspection work, without chasing it.

Buyers under contract through Veribas need an inspector, usually within days. Those jobs post to a board every approved inspector can see. First to accept takes the job — no bidding, no lead fee, no waiting for the phone to ring.

What you get

A live job board, not a lead list
Every open inspection shows the property, the city, and when it was requested. You are seeing the actual work, not paying for an introduction that may already be gone.
One tap to accept
Accepting assigns the job to you and closes it to everyone else immediately. There is no callback race and no double-booking a slot you thought you had.
Fill the gaps in your week
Inspections cluster around due-diligence deadlines, which is exactly when your own book has holes. Check the board between jobs and take what fits your day.
Scheduling and completion in one place
Accept, coordinate directly with the client, then mark the job complete. Completion opens the client's rating, so the work you do well compounds inside the network.
Buyers who are already committed
These are people under contract with a closing date and a due-diligence clock, working with a licensed agent. They are not shopping inspectors for sport.

One tap takes the job. Coordinate with the client, then mark it complete.

What we look for

Every application is reviewed by a person before the console unlocks. Here is what that review checks for home inspectors.

An established home-inspection business operating in Georgia
Government-issued photo ID
General liability and errors-and-omissions insurance
ASHI, InterNACHI or equivalent certification — optional, but it is what we show clients
Your documents are stored privately and used only to verify you. They are never shown to clients, agents, or other partners.
