Veribas GO is operated by Veribas Real Estate LLC, a Georgia-licensed real estate brokerage (Firm License H-81905), 3480 Preston Ridge Rd, Suite 500, Alpharetta, GA 30005 · (833) 837-4227 · hello@veribas.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and the mobile app together.

Account & contact: name, email, phone, password (stored as a cryptographic hash — we never see it). Home search activity: searches, saved homes, tours requested, offers prepared, messages you send through the platform. Financing requests:your name, contact information, shopping area, price range, and timeline — passed to NMLS-licensed lenders at your request. We do not collect income, debts, credit scores, SSN, or date of birth; your lender gathers those directly. We also do not collect financial documents (paystubs, bank statements, tax returns) for lenders — you submit those through your lender's own secure portal, and Veribas only tracks which items your lender still needs. Location: approximate location to show nearby homes, and — only with your explicit device permission during a live tour — precise location to coordinate meeting your agent. Payments: processed by Stripe; card and bank numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Device data: standard logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and performance.

To run the service: matching you with homes, scheduling tours, connecting you with licensed agents and — at your request — independent lenders; processing payments; sending the messages and alerts you've asked for (email, SMS, push); improving the product; meeting our legal obligations as a real estate brokerage; and preventing fraud. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Your agent (the Veribas agent working with you) sees your search activity, favorites, tours, and messages so they can actually help. Lenders you engagesee the financing details you share and the status of their document checklist; the documents themselves go directly to the lender's own system, not through Veribas. Service providers that run the platform under contract: Supabase (data hosting), Stripe (payments and payouts), Twilio (calls and texts), Resend (email), Mapbox (maps), and MLS data providers (listing content). Legal: we disclose information when required by law, regulation (including Georgia Real Estate Commission requirements), or to protect rights and safety.

By providing your contact details you agree to receive service messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, use unsubscribe links in emails, and control push notifications in your device settings. Transaction-critical messages (e.g., about an active purchase) may still be sent.

We keep account data while your account is active. Georgia law requires brokerages to retain transaction records — documents connected to a real estate transaction are kept for the legally required period (at least 3 years) even if you delete your account. Financial documents for lenders live in the lender's own system, not with us — Veribas keeps only the document checklist and its statuses.

You can delete your account at any time from Account & privacyin the app — this permanently removes your login and profile. Records we're legally required to keep (see Retention) are preserved in archived form. You can also email hello@veribas.com with the subject “Delete my account.”

You can access and update your profile in the app, request a copy of your data, correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal retention) by emailing hello@veribas.com. We honor applicable state privacy rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; documents live in access-controlled storage scoped to you and the professionals you're working with; payment credentials are handled solely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to hello@veribas.com.

Veribas GO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
