Incentives advertised in Chimney Oaks
Quoted from the listing remarks on homes in this community, all written by PBG Built.
“Ask about our $10,000 Any Way You Want It* Incentive with the use of the Seller's preferred lender with binding contract by 09/30/2026.”
Incentives are quoted from the builder's own listing remarks on the date shown and are the builder's offer, not Veribas's. Offers change without notice, usually require financing with the builder's preferred lender, and typically carry conditions the listing does not state. Veribas does not set, guarantee, or extend these terms — confirm current availability, rates, loan terms and closing costs directly with the builder and the lender before relying on any of it.
About buying in Chimney Oaks
Chimney Oaks is a Homer subdivision with 18 new homes on the market through FMLS today. 12 are already finished. 6 are under construction, which is usually the last point at which a buyer can still choose finishes. Prices and availability move week to week — this page reads from the FMLS feed, which we refresh every 30 minutes, so what you see here is what was true within the last half hour.
Bring your own agent to the Chimney Oaks sales office
The agent in the model home works for the builder. A Veribas agent represents you — reading the builder’s contract, checking the incentive against what the same builder is giving elsewhere, and sitting the walkthrough with you. Most builders expect buyer representation and pay it from the sale, so it usually costs you nothing.
