Assumable loan?

If the seller has an FHA, VA or USDA mortgage, you may be able to take it over and keep their rate, often far below today’s. This listing doesn’t say. Ask, and a Veribas agent will check the seller’s loan and tell you the rate, the balance and what you’d need down.
