Run your state for a brokerage that has already built the hard part.
Veribas is a Georgia brokerage with 175 agents on one stack we built ourselves — CRM, transactions, compliance review, payouts. We are opening five states, and each one needs a broker who can hold the firm licence and actually supervise the people under it.
Said plainly: we do not hold a firm licence in any of these states yet. You would be the named broker on that application. This is a founding seat, not a vacancy.
Apply for your stateWhat it pays
Three lines, all of them 1099. There is no base and no draw — this is a broker's seat, not a salaried management job, and quoting you a salary would be inventing one.
$45 a file, whoever reviews it
The same rate a Veribas associate broker earns. Hand a file to an associate broker you approve and the fee follows the reviewer — so sharing work never costs you the difference between two rates.
10% of every lead fee in your state
Veribas-sourced lead deals outside Georgia run 70/30. You are credited 10% of the 30% the firm collects — on every file in your market, not only the ones you touch.
$10 per agent, per month
Paid on every licensee on your state roster whether or not they close. Supervision is owed to the quiet agents too, so it is paid on them too. Up to 200 agents.
The stack, already built
CRM, transaction management, compliance review queue, e-sign, marketing engine, payouts. You bring the licence and the judgment; you do not build or pay for software.
Worked through, so there is no ambiguity
A lead file in your state closes with $10,000 of gross commission. The agent keeps 70%. Veribas collects the 30% lead fee — $3,000 — and you are credited $300, which is 10% of that fee.
It is 10% of the fee, not 10% of the commission. A full roster of 200 agents is a further $2,000/month in retainer, before any review fees.

What you would actually be doing
- Holding the firm licence and standing as broker of record on every Veribas file in your state.
- Reviewing and approving transaction files — or sharing that with an associate broker you approve, where your state allows it.
- Supervising your roster, and answering the phone when an agent is mid-deal and stuck.
- Advertising review, agency disclosure standards, and your state's own filings.
We are looking for a broker who has supervised licensees before. The duty is personal to you and the state asks you about it, not the firm — which is why the roster is capped at 200 and why we would rather open a state late than open it under someone who cannot service it.

Eight fields. We check the licence before we call, so the number matters more than the cover letter.
